Domlur Club has 19 A/C Guest rooms classified into two different categories namely

  • Deluxe Rooms
  • Executive Rooms.
  1. Deluxe Rooms :- Rs. 1200/ + 12.36% Service Tax =Rs. 1348/- day
  2. Executive Rooms :- Rs. 1500/ +12.36% Service Tax =Rs.1685/- day
  3. Extra Bed (Rs. 300/-day) + Tax = 337.00

Late Payment:
  • Within 3 Days after check out day -Nil
  • After that Rs.50 per day per Room shall be paid as penalty

Reservation for accommodation may be made over on phone, fax or by reciprocal members by depositing amount by RTGS/NEFT in advance.

Check In Procedure
All reciprocal members will be required to produce their membership identity cards for entry, and use of club facilities.
Extra Occupancy:
  1. Children below 12 years of age - No Charge
  2. Others per head (Not more than one - Rs.300/- per day additional occupants per suite/room)
  • For Food and Beverage served in the suites/rooms.
  • Breakfast: 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM
  • Club Service: 11:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 5:30 PM - 10:30 PM

12.00 Noon
Terms & Conditions for allotment:
  1. Guest suites may be reserved by members for use of their guests but not for their personal use. Such Guests shall not be residents of Bangalore. Members who are residing outside Bangalore may reserve the suites for their personal use.
  2. Members of the affiliated Clubs may reserve the guest suites for their personal use only.
  3. Reservation shall be made by the Hon. Secretary/Guest Room Chairman or Room staff of the Club authorized by him.
  4. Reservation shall be subject to availability and on first come first serve basis.
  5. Reservation for a period exceeding ten continuous days shall be made with prior approval of Hon. Secretary.
  6. Request for reservation may be rejected without assigning any reason.
  7. Where reservation is sought for member’s guest following particulars shall be furnished along with the formal application.
    1. Name of Guest/s
    2. Occupation of the Guest/s
    3. Designation if serving (including self employed)
    4. Martial status of the Guest/s
    5. Full postal address and telephone number of the guest/s
  8. Members’ options to settle the bill in cash or by credit shall be indicated in his application for reservation. If the option is by credit members account shall be debited with all expenses incurred by the members guest/s including the rent.
  9. Extension for reservation shall be subject to availability and prior approval of the Hon. Secretary.
  10. Guest’s suites/rooms shall be used only for residential purpose.
  11. Guests shall be governed by the behavioral norms of the club.
  12. Guests shall ensure that they do not cause any inconvenience to other guests.
  13. Guests shall be responsible for the conduct and behavior of their servants in the premises of the club. The servants of the guests shall carry an identity card issued by the club while they are in the premises.
  14. No articles of the club provided in suites/rooms shall be changed or removed.
  15. Any loss or damages caused to the club property caused by the guest/s or his/their servants shall be paid by the guest/s or host at market replaceable cost along with other incidental charges. The Club’s decision in this matter is final and binding.
  16. Cooking, use of gas or electric stove in the suites is prohibited.
  17. Supply of Electric power may be restricted.
  18. The Club shall not be responsible for any property lost by the guest/s or his/their servants.
  19. Guest/s shall handover the keys to the house keeper in charge and to none else.
  20. Guest/s shall lodge complaints if any with the Hon. Secretary but shall not on their own reprimand or punish the staff in any way.
  21. Affiliated club members shall be governed by the reciprocal arrangements between their parent club and the club.
  22. Affiliated member/s reservations shall be accompanied by the 50% of the rent.
  23. The following services shall be provided at additional cost to the guest/s as per timings etc. fixed from time to time.
    1. Bed Tea
    2. Lunch
    3. Evening Tea
    4. Dinner
  24. Guest/s may avail other facilities of the club such as games, Swimming Pool by paying guest charges fixed by the club.
  25. Accommodation and dining arrangements for the chauffeurs and encourage of the guests are not available.
